There are two ways you can help Global Village Renewal:

Give a Gift

Global Village Renewal in a nonprofit organization serving the “untouchables” in the state of Tamil Nadu, India.

The Dalit children, women and men of Tamil Nadu live at the bottom, even below India’s caste system. This oppressed population is the poorest of the poor.

Great needs mean great opportunities. Global Village Renewal is targeting projects that can make an immediate impact today and continue forward into future generations.

  • We are building schools so children will be able to complete 12 grades and prepare for a brighter future.
  • We are building toilets to provide proper sanitation needed for good health.
  • We are establishing a safe community for the most vulnerable, the Dalit orphans and widows.

Global Village Renewal has heard these words and is responding to their call: “Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed. Take up the cause of orphans; plead the case of the widow.”

Join our work and help us build a future for the “untouchables,” forgotten by much of the world.

Global Village Renewal is a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. Your contributions are tax deductible as allowed by law.

Our staff and volunteers work onsite in Tamil Nadu, hand-in-hand with the Dalit people we serve.

  • Where Dalit children drop out of school by age 10 or 12, we are building new schools and helping them complete 12 grades
  • We are constructing toilets in villages where no toilet facilities of any kind exist
  • Where the least of these are among us, orphans and widows, we are providing a safe home where they can live, share meals and have a meaningful role in their community

We are always seeking volunteers who can travel with us to India. The work is hard, but the reward is life itself for the Dalit people of Tamil Nadu.
